We are looking for a legal administrative assistant to join our friendly and experienced litigation team. Regular working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. Salary range: $60,000 - $75,000 Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To Opening and closing files Organizing and filing both paper and electronic documents Reviewing incoming correspondence and preparing responses Editing legal documents under the direction of lawyers/paralegals Calendar management, including scheduling appointments, trials, examination for discoveries, and experts Assisting with trial preparation Preparing and updating Lists of Documents Performing other administrative responsibilities from file opening to closing Qualifications Must have at least 3 - 5 years of related work experience, preferably in insurance defence.
