3 – 5 years | Vancouver We are working with a leading Vancouver-based technology company seeking a Legal Counsel to join their growing legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with approximately 3–5 years of experience to be part of a fast-growing global business and a real Vancouver success story! You’ll be drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements while advising on commercial risk and strategic initiatives. The role offers meaningful responsibility, strong mentorship and a hybrid working arrangement. Our client is seeking a commercially minded lawyer with a solid corporate/commercial solicitor background, and strong contract drafting and negotiation skills. Experience working with technology contracts would be an asset, but corporate lawyers with a strong solicitor background who are keen to transition into the technology sector are equally encouraged to apply.
