They are responsible for managing external counsel, coaching legal staff, and providing strategic guidance to senior management. Candidates must be a member of the Law Society of Ontario or Manitoba with at least 10 years of relevant legal experience. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are required to manage complex litigation matters and team development.
