Provide hands-on legal support for an active M&A transaction, including drafting and negotiating agreements, conducting due diligence, and identifying legal and commercial risks. Advise senior business and finance stakeholders, coordinate with external counsel and transaction advisors, and assist with broader corporate and commercial matters as needed.
