Represent clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board and, where applicable, the Federal Court, while independently managing a diverse, high-volume immigration and refugee caseload. Prepare applications and appeals, conduct legal research, draft submissions, review disclosure, communicate with clients and stakeholders, and manage and bill Legal Aid Ontario certificates.
