We are currently looking for a Securities/Finance Lawyer to join our team in Ontario.

As a Securities/Finance Lawyer you will….

• Provide advice and support to public and/or private company clients on governance and public disclosure compliance issues as well as working on financings, and M&A transactions.

• Service day-to-day Corporate/Transactional, Securities, and possibly Commercial needs of public and/or private company clients

• Setting up private funds, private transactions, utilizing securities law to structure or fit into various exemptions.

• Set up funds, review public disclosures, assist with compliance.

What Would YOU Bring?

• Minimum of 10 years of solid public and/or private company securities experience, Corporate/Transactional, Finance, M&A, and Commercial experience.

• Experience with advising on continuous disclosure requirements, prospectus offerings, initial public offerings, and private placements.

• Ability to work independently and with little supervision.
