Food Prep Worker

Job Description

We are looking for full-time Prep Cooks to join our team at CANEX Carling Campus. The Prep Cook prepares, cooks and serves a variety of foods either in the back of the house or on the line.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist Cooks with daily menu
• Cook on the line, grill and use ovens
• Prepare stations with food
• Serve food on the line
• Assembly of product
• Maintains continual cleaning and sanitizing of surrounding work area
• Assist with culinary auditing, and food safety measures
• May perform other job duties as required

Qualifications

• Food service experience required
• Knowledge of food, sanitization, and health and safety standards
• Enjoy working with others in a team setting
• Excellent customer service skills

The selected candidate for this position will need to complete and successfully pass a Criminal Background Check. All successful candidates will also need to pass and maintain a Level 1 security clearance.
