Blakes inSource, a division of Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, is seeking staff lawyers in the Vancouver office. We are growing our inSource team and are continuously looking for eager, experienced professionals to join us.
Blakes inSource is an alternative service delivery model, designed to serve clients in innovative and efficient ways. The work done by Blakes inSource typically includes document review work, due diligence, commercial contract review and legislative updates. Staff lawyers work closely with the Partners and Associates at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP to provide excellent customer service to our clients.
Job Requirements:
Called to the Bar of Vancouver
Licensed by the Law Society of Upper Canada
Prior document review and/or due diligence experience an asset, but not required
Corporate Commercial law experience an asset
Detail orientation with ability to multi-task
Staff lawyers are initially hired on a contract basis with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent position.
