Our mission is to build an all-in-one cloud-based platform that empowers pharmacists to schedule, document, and manage clinical services at scale. Our clients include the 2 largest pharmacy chains in Canada, servicing 3000+ pharmacies, and powering over ~14M patient services, including playing a critical role across the country throughout the pandemic. We have raised over $3.7M USD to date including from M12 (Microsoft’s Venture Fund), MaRS IAF, and Y-Combinator. Lead commercial contract review, redlining, and negotiations across Canadian and US enterprise SaaS, vendor, and partnership agreements, while supporting corporate governance, entity structure, and employment matters. Own privacy and AI risk across relevant Canadian and US laws, build legal playbooks and templates, and engage outside counsel when specialist advice is needed.
