Lead and independently manage complex commercial and civil litigation matters, including examinations, court appearances, client strategy, and proceedings before Ontario and British Columbia courts. Supervise and develop the litigation team, maintain client relationships, and contribute to practice quality, capacity, reputation, and growth.

Support counsel with preparing pleadings, affidavits, motion and application records, document production, and other court materials, and file and serve documents in accordance with applicable rules. Coordinate litigation events, maintain organized files and monitor deadlines, and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court staff, experts, and other stakeholders.

Prepare correspondence, court forms, and filings; organize case documents and maintain digital files; and coordinate deadlines, client updates, scheduling, and document execution with lawyers. Support firm workflows and compliance, and liaise with clients, courts, and opposing counsel under lawyer direction.
