Manage a diverse portfolio of high-stakes litigation matters from intake through final resolution, including drafting complex court materials and conducting legal research. Represent clients in court for motions, applications, discoveries, and trials while collaborating with senior counsel on litigation strategy.

The successful candidate will support the litigation practice by preparing court documents, managing discovery materials, and coordinating litigation events. They will also maintain organized files and monitor procedural deadlines while communicating with various stakeholders.

The Senior Counsel will have primary carriage of complex commercial and civil litigation matters, appearing regularly before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. They will also provide leadership by supervising junior lawyers and contributing to the firm's international arbitration practice.
