Commercial Litigation Lawyer This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial litigator who wants to focus on the practice of law and legal advocacy without the bureaucracy and politics often associated with a larger firm environment. Our client is a growing boutique commercial litigation firm in Vancouver with a sophisticated practice focused on complex litigation matters. The practice includes matters involving: Construction litigation Real estate litigation Civil forfeiture Complex commercial disputes The Opportunity The firm is looking for a lawyer with 5+ years of litigation experience who is in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia. The successful candidate will have meaningful trial and courtroom experience and be confident independently managing litigation matters. You should be comfortable stepping into active files, advising clients strategically and appearing in court when required.
