The practice includes matters involving: Construction litigation Real estate litigation Civil forfeiture Complex commercial disputes The Opportunity The firm is looking for a lawyer with 5+ years of litigation experience who is in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia. The successful candidate will have meaningful trial and courtroom experience and be confident independently managing litigation matters. You should be comfortable stepping into active files, advising clients strategically and appearing in court when required.
