We are currently seeking an Associate Lawyer with 10+ years of experience to join our busy and expanding practice. Why Join Us? Growth & Opportunity: While experience in Strata Property Law is an asset, it is not required. We are looking for skilled lawyers who have a genuine interest in mastering this specialized field. Courtroom Exposure: Our litigators enjoy frequent opportunities to advocate for our clients in a variety of settings including the BC Supreme Court, the BC Court of Appeal, the Civil Resolution Tribunal, the Human Rights Tribunal, and Residential Tenancy Branch. Business Development Support: We invest in your growth. Every associate is provided an annual marketing budget to support their business development and networking initiatives. Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive and transparent remuneration package ($180,000 - $225,000) including: Compensation: A combination of base salary and revenue sharing. Performance Incentive: Eligible for an annual bonus. Comprehensive Coverage: A full benefits package including paid parking, cellphone, law society fees, medical, extended health, and dental for you and your family. Qualifications Law Degree (LLB/JD) and called to the Bar of British Columbia Experience in litigation matters is an asset Strong advocacy skills and comfort in a courtroom setting. Requirements

Applicants must hold an LLB or JD and be called to the Bar of British Columbia, with at least 10 years of experience.
