Overview Mandall Immigration Law is a highly rated, Toronto-based firm focused exclusively on Canadian immigration, refugee, and humanitarian matters. Our practice is fast-paced and client-centred: people come to us anxious and often overwhelmed, and they stay because someone made the path forward feel clear and manageable. Due to continued growth, we're hiring an experienced Immigration Lawyer to lead consultations and own client matters end to end. Fully remote, full time, open to lawyers licensed and based in Canada, available immediately. If you love the consultation itself, reading the person in front of you, drawing out what they actually need, and laying out a strategy so clearly that the decision to move forward feels obvious, this role is built for you. What you'll do Lead consultations with prospective clients: assess eligibility, map out pathways, and present a clear, persuasive legal strategy. Earn each client's trust and their business. You set the tone for the entire relationship. Manage files from consultation through to filing or resolution. Prepare and supervise applications across Express Entry, work and study permits, sponsorship, and refugee and humanitarian matters. Keep clients confident and well-informed through clear, proactive communication. Remain current on developments in Canadian immigration law and policy. What we're looking for Licensed to practise law in Canada, currently based in Canada, and a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. Exceptional command of spoken and written English. You'll advise clients directly and represent the firm in every consultation, so clear, articulate, confident communication is central to the role and will be assessed. Extensive hands-on experience in Canadian immigration law, with a strong track record across common pathways. A natural consultative style: comfortable running a high volume of consultations, handling questions and hesitation with ease, and guiding clients to a confident decision. Highly organized, able to manage many files simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused practice. Compensation and incentives Salary of $80,000 to $150,000 depending on experience, with performance-based incentives. Uncapped potential to grow your earnings as you take on more consultations and files, reviewed and increased as the firm scales and as you demonstrate results. Fully remote, with a high degree of independence over how you run your files and your day, direct access to firm leadership, and a steady flow of qualified consultations so you spend your time practising law, not chasing leads. What you’ll do

Lead prospective client consultations to assess eligibility and develop persuasive legal strategies. Manage immigration files end-to-end, from initial consultation through to final filing or resolution.

Requirements

Must be a licensed lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario and based in Canada. Requires extensive hands-on experience in Canadian immigration law and exceptional English communication skills.
