Immigration Lawyer – Fully Remote (Full Time)

Overview Mandall Immigration Law is a highly rated, Toronto-based immigration law firm focused exclusively on Canadian immigration, refugee, and humanitarian matters. Our practice is client-focused and fast-paced, with a strong emphasis on providing clear legal strategy and practical solutions for individuals navigating the Canadian immigration system.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Immigration Lawyer to join our team. This is a fully remote, full-time role available immediately. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in Canadian immigration law and will be comfortable independently advising clients, managing files, and guiding matters from consultation through to filing or resolution.

Key Focus of the Role The primary responsibility of this role is leading immigration consultations and managing client matters from start to finish. You will meet directly with prospective clients, assess their eligibility for various immigration pathways, develop legal strategies, and oversee the preparation and filing of applications. This role is highly client-facing and best suited for a lawyer who enjoys interacting with clients, explaining legal strategies clearly, and managing a high volume of consultations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Conduct consultations with prospective clients and provide clear legal advice on immigration options, risks, and strategies. Manage client files independently from consultation through to submission or resolution. Prepare and supervise a range of applications. Develop tailored legal strategies based on each client's unique circumstances. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and manage expectations. Remain current on developments in Canadian immigration law and policy.

Requirements Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. 2 to 5 years of experience practicing Canadian immigration law. Strong experience conducting client consultations independently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused practice.

Compensation Salary: $70,000 – $150,000 depending on experience, with potential performance incentives. Fully remote position.
