You will lead the integration of people, processes, policy, and technology to deliver sustainable improvements and advance client-centred, digitally enabled tribunal services.   Your key responsibilities include:

Leading tribunal modernization strategies, initiatives, and implementation plans. Driving process redesign and service improvements to enhance accessibility, timeliness, and operational effectiveness. Establishing governance, performance measures, and reporting frameworks to support successful delivery. Collaborating with tribunal leaders, ministry partners, legal experts, and technology teams to achieve integrated outcomes.  Supporting policy, legislative, and operational changes required to enable modernized services. Leading stakeholder engagement and change management activities that support adoption and long-term sustainability. Promoting a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and accountability.

Minimum six years of progressively responsible related experience Significant senior leadership experience leading complex projects, organizational change, and strategic initiatives. Demonstrated experience fostering innovation and continuous improvement. 

  Equivalency: Directly related education and experience may be considered on the basis of:

1 year of education for 1 year of experience or 1 year of experience for 1 year of education 

  The following will be considered as Assets

Experience in a quasi-judicial tribunal, appeal board, or administrative justice environment. Knowledge of legislation, governance, policy development, and public-sector operations. Experience with digital transformation, performance measurement, and large-scale change initiatives.

One (1) full-time permanent position available. 36.25 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday. Location: Commerce Place Building, 10155-102 Street, Edmonton.
