Lawyer Done Deal (LDD) is looking for a hands-on Marketing & Sales Operations Specialist to join our Toronto team for a maternity leave contract.

This is an in-office position based in Toronto and is a great fit for someone who enjoys the operational side of marketing and sales — keeping campaigns moving, managing systems and data, coordinating events and webinars, and making sure the details behind the work get done accurately and on time.

You’ll work closely with LDD’s VP of Marketing and collaborate across Sales, Product and Customer teams. While this position is being hired initially as a maternity leave contract, there may be an opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time role following the contract period, based on business needs and performance.

What You Will Do: Build, test and schedule email campaigns Schedule and publish social media content Update website and landing-page content Support in-app and product communications Maintain marketing calendars, campaign timelines and assets Support day-to-day administration of Zoho CRM and related sales and marketing tools Manage lists, imports, segmentation and CRM data quality Prepare recurring Sales and Marketing reports Coordinate webinars, conferences, sponsorship deliverables and event logistics Support conference lead management and post-event follow-up Create and update routine marketing materials using established templates Help document and improve repeatable Marketing and Sales Operations processes As you become more familiar with LDD, our products, customers and brand, there will be opportunities to take on additional campaign, content and creative responsibilities.

What We Are Looking For: You’re organized, dependable and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once. You enjoy working with systems and processes, but can also confidently support day-to-day marketing execution. Experience with some of the following would be valuable: Marketing Operations, Sales Operations or Marketing Coordination Customer relationship management and marketing automation systems Zoho CRM or other Zoho applications Email marketing Canva WordPress Events and webinars Reporting and data management Software or Software-as-a-Service environments Experience in legal technology or professional services is an asset, but not required.
