AMK Global Group is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual fluent in German or Russian to join our team at the Mississauga office. Key Responsibilities: Provide front-line client support via phone, email, and in-person interactions in German or Russian. Assist with reception duties including welcoming clients, scheduling appointments, and managing visitor logs. Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and record keeping. Handle client inquiries, provide information about our services, and resolve basic issues efficiently. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requests are addressed promptly. Maintain confidentiality and ensure client data is handled with discretion. Support day-to-day office operations including filing, scanning, and correspondence management. Assist the Senior leadership as administrative assistant Contribute to a positive client experience by offering professional and empathetic service. Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using computers and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Previous administrative or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
