We are looking for an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor qualified in at least one province of Canada to join our growing AI-augmented legal services platform.

As part of our team, you will work at the forefront of legal innovation, leveraging AI-enabled workflows while providing the practical commercial judgment that only experienced attorneys can deliver.

Responsibilities • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and contracts • Advise clients on corporate, commercial, governance, and compliance matters • Support cross-border legal projects and international transactions

Specification • Active license and good standing with at least one Canadian province • 5+ years of post qualification experience in the Canadian market with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law • Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts • Excellent communication skills and sound commercial judgment • Comfortable working independently in a remote, technology-driven environment • Experience supporting international clients or cross-border matters is a plus
