We are seeking a proactive and meticulous Legal Officer to safeguard our legal interests and ensure regulatory compliance.
Job Description
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal documents. Ensure legal compliance and manage corporate risk across all operations. Provide expert legal counsel to support business decisions and strategy. Liaise with state agencies, external counsel, and the Group’s Legal Director
Requirements
5 years of experience In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese Corporate, Commercial, Labor, Real Estate and retail-related Law. Excellent skills in drafting contracts and professional proficiency in English.
