Your Role

• Ability to manage and assume responsibility for files
• Draft legal opinions as well as notarial procedures and deeds
• Actively collaborate within the team on your mandates
• Develop strategies to adopt within your files and advise clients accordingly

Skills

• 1 to 5 years of experience in real estate and estate law
• Member in good standing of the Chambre des notaires du Québec;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
• Proactive and independent
