Education: Bachelor's degree. Tasks: Advise clients of their legal rights and all matters related to law. Perform administrative functions related to the practice of law. Plead clients' cases before courts of law, tribunals and boards (lawyers only). Draw up legal documents and prepare statements of legal opinion. Draft federal, provincial or territorial government bills . Represent interests of corporation/employer in all business related to legal matters. Research legal precedents and gather evidence.
