Position Requirements
We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented associate who has been called to the Ontario bar and possesses the following:
- 3 to 5 years of financial services or corporate experience gained from a leading law firm;
- An eagerness to work on a variety of sophisticated financing matters, including domestic and cross-border syndicated lending, asset-based lending, securitization, project finance and derivative transactions;
- Exceptional drafting and communication skills, with a meticulous eye for detail;
- A self-starter attitude with an ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; and
- Strong academic credentials with a demonstrated commitment to excellence.

Compensation
Compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including year of call, job-related knowledge, education, skills and experience.
