Key Responsibilities

Handle a broad range of legal matters including real estate (residential and commercial) Support housing development and related transactions Advise on secured financing (primarily borrower-side) Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and contracts Provide corporate governance and general advisory support Work on non-profit and charity law matters

Requirements

Strong experience in general commercial and transactional law Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team Strong attention to detail and client-focused approach Interest in social impact and mission-driven work is an asset
