Legal, Risk and Compliance consultants will experience a variety of projects. Legal, Risk and Compliance consultants develop knowledge in core business processes within the financial services, technology, and healthcare industries. Consultants will work within internal control and risk frameworks, as well as regulatory and compliance methodologies. Legal, Risk and Compliance consultants will help develop key deliverables, including process flows, work programs, reports, and control summaries. Consultants will review transactions to provide process improvement recommendations and address legal, risk and compliance challenges as needed. Legal, Risk and Compliance consultants will work within various segments, including but not limited to financial crime and anti-money laundering, risk management, credit services, regulatory compliance and consumer protection, analytics, and legal consulting.
