- Carry out the day-to-day processes within the Gaming Finance Team for our Ontario iGaming and Sportsbook ventures
- Monitor ingoing and outgoing account activity like a hawk – no chip unaccounted for
- Stay one step ahead on Fraud, Risk, AML, EDD, KYC, and Responsible Gaming compliance
- Team up with Responsible Gambling specialists to safeguard our VIP and high-value players
- Process player withdrawals with precision in line with AML and KYC rules
- Tame third-party payment systems and troubleshoot technical issues
- Examine and verify player identity documents across multiple jurisdictions
- Be the bridge between players, internal teams, and external partners
- Help onboard new players, ensuring a smooth KYC journey from seat to play
