Responsibilities

As a Mortgage Agent with Swivel Mortgage Group, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate the mortgage process smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders in the industry.
• Assessing clients' financial situations and recommending suitable mortgage solutions to meet their needs.
• Collaborating with lenders to secure competitive rates and favorable terms for clients.
• Guiding clients through the application and approval process, ensuring compliance with all necessary documentation.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, mortgage products, and regulations to provide expert advice.

Qualifications

• Valid Mortgage Associate/Broker license in Alberta
• Proven track record in mortgage sales or a related field.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, industry guidelines, and lending procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and partners.
• High level of integrity and dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while managing multiple clients and tasks effectively.
