Key Responsibilities

Assist in handling plaintiff-side personal injury matters from intake through resolution Draft legal documents including pleadings, affidavits, correspondence, and settlement materials Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, insurers, and medical professionals Assist in negotiations and settlement discussions Support senior lawyers in discovery, mediation, and trial preparation Maintain organized and up-to-date case files and documentation

Requirements

6 months to 2 years of experience in personal injury law (plaintiff side preferred) Strong understanding of litigation process and civil procedure Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple files with attention to detail Strong research, drafting, and organizational skills
