The Ideal Candidate Will

• Have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in corporate law;
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to client service and high professional standards;
• Possess proven business development skills and a portable book of business;
• Be bilingual (English/French), which would be considered a strong asset.
