Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Monitoring & Testing Specialist to support control testing and risk assessment activities across a financial services environment. This individual will be responsible for executing testing, monitoring, and operational activities to evaluate control effectiveness and ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. The role involves performing detailed reviews of business processes and artifacts, analyzing data to identify risks or gaps, and providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders. The candidate will conduct complex testing and fieldwork, document findings, and support issue identification and root cause analysis. They will also create and maintain testing documentation including workpapers and reports, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. This position requires strong analytical thinking, the ability to work independently on complex tasks, and the ability to partner with internal stakeholders to drive effective risk and control outcomes.
