Due to continued growth of its Montréal office, our client is seeking a Business Law Associate who is eager to build a dynamic, stimulating, and rewarding practice.
In this role, you will:

Participate in a variety of corporate transactions (mergers & acquisitions, financings, restructurings, and other strategic operations);

Independently manage certain mandates or components of transactions, including client and stakeholder coordination;

Advise clients on corporate law matters (incorporation, governance, compliance) and negotiate commercial agreements (shareholder agreements, share and asset purchase agreements, partnerships, co-ownership agreements).
You bring:
-
Membership in the Barreau du Québec with approximately 3+ years of experience;
-
Relevant experience in corporate transactions, commercial law, and restructurings gained at a leading law firm;

Excellent written and oral communication skills in both French and English.
