Role Description

We are looking for an associate lawyer with 3 - 7 years experience. This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate at Benson Percival Brown LLP located in Toronto, ON. The Associate will be responsible for handling personal injury and insurance litigation cases, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court. Some work from home is acceptable for this role.

Qualifications

Legal research, Legal writing, and Case analysis skills Litigation experience in personal injury and insurance law Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Experience with client representation and court proceedings Law degree from an accredited institution Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
