About This Opportunity We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced legal counsel who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. We're looking for legal counsel with 4+ years reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: commercial contract redlines, due-diligence issue lists and memos, clause-risk analyses, NDA and vendor-agreement review, negotiation position summaries, and obligation and renewal trackers.
