What we are looking for: 3+ years’ experience in intellectual property litigation Ability to work efficiently, prioritize, and take ownership of files Experience in drafting pleadings, motions, facta, affidavits and/or expert reports A scientific or engineering background and/or experience in pharmaceutial patent litigation is preferred but not required Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario No recruiters or agencies please. Requirements

Applicants must have at least three years of intellectual property litigation experience, be able to work efficiently, prioritize, and take ownership of files, and be a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. A scientific or engineering background and pharmaceutical patent litigation experience are preferred but not required.
