Job summary

Toronto | 3-5 yrs | Fully Remote We are working with a well-established Toronto plaintiff-side boutique looking to add an Employment Lawyer to its growing employee-side employment practice. The ideal candidate will have approximately 3-5 years of experience, preferably on the employee/plaintiff side, and be comfortable independently managing matters involving wrongful and constructive dismissal, human rights, employment contracts, severance negotiations, and related litigation. This is a fully remote opportunity with no formal billable-hour target and no book of business required. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to help shape and grow the employment practice, supported by a strong referral pipeline and natural cross-over with the firm's long-standing disability practice.
