Job summary
Senior Litigation Paralegal Job Type: Full-Time Location: Greater Vancouver Area, BC - Remote Job Overview Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Senior Litigation Paralegal with strong experience in civil litigation and estate litigation. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support to attorneys by conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, managing case files, and coordinating litigation-related tasks. Key Responsibilities Conduct legal research and analysis to support ongoing litigation matters. Draft, review, and proofread pleadings, briefs, correspondence, and other legal documents. Manage and maintain case files and ensure documents are accurately organized. Track deadlines, court dates, appointments, and other litigation milestones. Assist attorneys with case and project management. Conduct interviews with clients and witnesses to gather relevant information. Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and other legal professionals. Maintain accurate records and perform data entry as needed. Assist with filing, correspondence, document organization, and other administrative tasks. Provide day-to-day litigation support across multiple files. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal or in a similar legal support role. Experience in civil litigation and estate litigation. Excellent legal writing, proofreading, and document preparation skills. Proficiency with Westlaw or similar legal research tools. Experience with Clio or other legal case management software. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines effectively. Excellent attention to detail. Strong client communication and interviewing skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Strong English communication skills.
