This role will appeal to a lawyer who enjoys tackling complex problems, collaborating across practice areas and finding effective solutions for clients. You will have the support and resources of a national firm from the outset. The opportunity The Associate will advise and represent clients on matters involving: Environmental and regulatory issues, natural resources and transportation. Product liability, professional negligence, insurance, health and privacy. Proceedings before British Columbia and Federal courts, as well as administrative tribunals. What you bring Qualified to practise law in British Columbia. Two to four years of civil or commercial litigation and regulatory experience. Experience with one or more of the practice areas listed above. Strong legal research, writing and advocacy skills. Sound judgment, initiative and a collaborative approach to client service. Our client is offering Competitive lockstep tier one base salary of $125,000 to $170,000 per annum. A tier one bonus program. Comprehensive family health benefits. Educational development incentives.
