You Will Advise, Educate, Consult With And Support Management In a Variety Of Health Sector Organizations And Health Authorities Who Lead Diverse Employee Groups Ranging From Trades To Regulated Professions. Your Work Will Vary From Managing Grievance And Arbitration Files, To Collective Bargaining Support And Direct Involvement In Strategic Planning And Daily Risk Management.
