Role Description This is a full-time in office role for a Legal Assistant, based in Edmonton, Alberta. The Legal Assistant will support day-to-day legal and administrative operations, including preparing and managing legal documents, coordinating schedules, maintaining client files, and communicating with clients and team members. The individual will also assist with case tracking and act as a point of contact for legal and procedural matters. Qualifications Proficiency in law-related tasks, including knowledge of workplace law and legal procedures Experience in legal document preparation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and legal teams Administrative assistance experience, including scheduling, file management, and organizational tasks Proven ability to work collaboratively in a professional legal setting as a Legal Assistant Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to prioritize multiple tasks Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office is an asset Legal Assistant Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
