Responsibilities Advise on data privacy laws: Provide guidance on GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations. Develop privacy policies: Design and implement data protection policies and compliance programs. Conduct impact assessments: Evaluate projects' privacy risks and implement controls. Review contracts: Draft and review privacy provisions in contracts and agreements. Provide legal counsel during breaches: Support incident response and communication with regulators. Represent the organization: Engage with regulators and external parties to ensure compliance. Stay updated: Monitor evolving privacy laws and adapt policies accordingly. Qualifications JD and specialization in privacy or cybersecurity law. Experience with international privacy frameworks.
