We are seeking a Family & Civil Litigation Lawyer with 5+ years of experience, strong advocacy and drafting skills, and the ability to independently manage complex family and civil litigation files from inception through resolution. Responsibilities Independently manage family and civil litigation files from consultation through resolution. Advise clients and develop practical litigation strategies. Draft pleadings, affidavits, agreements, applications, legal opinions, and other documents. Represent clients in court, mediations, negotiations, case conferences, and settlements. Conduct legal research and manage deadlines and court procedures. Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional service. Collaborate with lawyers and staff on complex matters. Contribute to business development and practice growth. Qualifications Licensed and in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia. 5+ years of Family Law and/or Civil Litigation experience. Proven ability to independently manage files from inception to resolution. Strong advocacy, negotiation, research, and drafting skills. Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills. Client-focused, self-motivated, and collaborative.

Requirements

Candidates must be licensed in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia and possess over 5 years of experience in family law or civil litigation. Strong skills in advocacy, research, and independent file management are required.
