Job summary
Key Responsibilities Handle family law matters including divorce, custody, support, and property division. Draft pleadings, affidavits, motions, settlement agreements, and correspondence. Conduct legal research and review case files. Represent clients at hearings, case conferences, and settlement discussions. Manage client files and support senior counsel as required. Requirements Law degree from an accredited institution. Called to the Ontario Bar and in good standing with the LSO. 1-3 years of family law or civil litigation experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
