Responsabilités clés Le groupe Énergie, Projets et Infrastructures conseille les clients dans le cadre de fusions et d’acquisitions principalement au Québec et ailleurs au Canada. À titre d’expert(e) en droit de l’énergie et en projets, vous serez appelé(e) à participer à une variété d’opérations de grande envergure, ainsi qu’à travailler en étroite collaboration avec nos clients, surtout dans le cadre de développements de projets (appels d’offres, formation de coentreprises / partenariats, négociation des contrats (ex : construction, convention de gestion, etc.)), ainsi que dans plusieurs opérations de fusions et acquisitions dans les secteurs de l’énergie renouvelable et des infrastructures. Key responsibilities The Energy, Projects and Infrastructure group advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, mainly in Quebec and elsewhere in Canada. As an expert in energy law and projects, you will be called upon to participate in a variety of large-scale transactions and to work closely with our clients, especially in the context of project development (calls for tenders, joint venture/partnership creation, negotiation of contracts such as construction, management agreement, etc.), as well as in several M&A transactions in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors.
