Nous recrutons pour l'un de nos clients, un cabinet d'avocats reconnu en droit du travail et de l'emploi, un(e) avocat(e) possédant environ 5 ans d'expérience pour rejoindre son équipe. Le/la candidat(e) retenu(e) accompagnera une clientèle variée dans la gestion de dossiers en droit du travail. Responsabilités principales Conseiller les clients en matière de relations de travail, normes du travail, santé et sécurité au travail Représenter les clients devant les tribunaux administratifs Négocier et rédiger des conventions collectives, contrats de travail, politiques internes Gérer des dossiers de griefs, arbitrage, harcèlement psychologique, congédiements Effectuer des recherches juridiques et rédiger des avis, mémoires et procédures Assurer une veille juridique sur les évolutions législatives et jurisprudentielles en droit du travail Profil recherché Membre en règle du Barreau du Québec Environ 5 ans d'expérience en pratique du droit du travail (cabinet ou entreprise) Excellentes compétences en négociation, plaidoirie et rédaction juridique Autonomie, rigueur et sens de l'organisation Aptitude à travailler en équipe et à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément

Requirements
The candidate must be a member in good standing of the Quebec Bar and have approximately five years of labor and employment law experience in a law firm or company. Strong negotiation, advocacy, and legal writing skills are required, along with autonomy, rigor, organization, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple cases.
