We are looking for a migration lawyer in Kyiv. This should be a specialist in law who will deal with the legal regulation of emigration, as well as immigration of the population. In addition, his or her responsibilities should include the protection of the rights of foreign citizens in our country. FOR THE POSITION OF AN IMMIGRATION LAWYER, WE NEED A SPECIALIST WHO MEETS THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS (MOST OF THEM) higher legal education; desire and a strong desire to develop professionally; preferably, work experience in the SMS. Duties providing foreign citizens with services for obtaining a residence permit; preparation of documentation; analysis of documents; advising on the payment of state fees; protection of interests when submitting a package of documents.
