Manage and execute Canadian and international M&A, private investment, corporate reorganization, and other strategic business transactions, including structuring deals and drafting and negotiating transaction and commercial agreements. Advise business clients on legal, corporate, governance, and commercial matters, collaborate across teams, and support the development of junior colleagues.
