This is a hybrid role in Montreal, Que. with 2 days in office. The position requires Quebec Bar and a US State Bar admission, and French language fluency. Client Details Global law firm. Description Assess the eligibility of foreign employees of companies for immigrant status in Canada. Drafting, preparing and reviewing legal letters and documents, generally based on established precedents. Communicate regularly with clients and foreign nationals regarding procedures, case processing and case strategy.
