The Collective Agreement Enforcement Team is seeking a temporary technician position, reporting to the Chief of Section. The incumbent is primarily responsible for carrying out various technical and administrative work or deliverables to ensure the smooth operation of the Collective Agreements Enforcement Directorate (DACC). In addition, he is required to support the technical and administrative plans of the managers and professionals of his management.


  1. Provides technical and administrative support to team members (ie, managers and professionals) according to various requests (eg research and case law analysis, preparation and production of presentations).
  2. Participates in the development and updating of work tools according to needs and expectations (eg annotated collective agreements, application rules, calendars).
  3. Ensures the updating of registers (ex: representatives and managers, construction site delegates). Analyzes and conveys information to relevant stakeholders (eg surveys). Perform the necessary follow-ups for the progress of the files and deliverables.
  4. Participate in the preparation, writing and improvement of work methods and procedures. Writes different types of reports or deliverables (eg, publication, correspondence, statistics, weekly activity report, annual report).
  5. Contributes to maintaining and developing certain IT tools to support management's performance.
  6. Coordinates a set of activities related to internal training.
  7. Maintains in-depth knowledge in relation to the requests and mandates of its management (eg Laws and Regulations). Inform members of the team of changes, additions, withdrawals of information, etc.
  8. Prepare and / or participate in different types of meetings (eg team meetings, working committees, workshops, etc.).
  9. Feeds the business intelligence of its management (eg, suggests areas for improvement).
  10. Perform any other related tasks.


  1. Hold a Diploma of College Studies (DCS).
  2. Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position;
  3. Master the Office suite (Word and Excel);
  4. The person must be independent, have a particular attention to detail, be good at interpersonal communication and have a capacity to adapt to different requests.


Unionized position, hourly wage ranging between $ 23.32 and $ 32.67 according to the collective agreement. Full range of benefits.

Work schedule: a five (5) day week followed by a four (4) day week.
