Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP (Blakes) isseeking an Associate with two to five years of intellectual property (IP) litigation experience and a Counsel with more than five years of IP litigation experience to join our top-ranked Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group in the Toronto office. Experience with pharmaceutical patent/life sciences litigation and a scientific background would be considered assets.
The Blakes IP Litigation team is engaged in high-profile, leading-edge litigation across a wide range of sectors, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and life sciences, social media and information technology, manufacturing, and oil and gas.
We are looking for an individual who has experience and skills in these areas and is looking for more responsibility and opportunities to develop those skills in a supportive team environment.
