The Team

Norton Rose Fulbright is currently seeking a CRM Data Coordinator within the Clients & Markets Support Team, on providing support across platform including; CRM and e-marketing. The role reports to the Data and CRM Operations Team Leader and will work closely with the Digital and CRM Specialists and wider marketing and business development teams. Primary responsibilities of the position are outlined below.

The Role

  • Processing CRM data change management tickets
  • Action CRM data clean-up plans, including mailing address conformity, missing email, duplicate contacts ensuring general standardization of the data.
  • Support CRM data requirements to integrate new lawyers into the firm
  • Monitor incoming out of office message and update the Interaction database accordingly
  • Promote or merge incoming contacts who subscribed through the Norton Rose Fulbright Canada web site.
  • Provide quality control for our outsourcing team contacts list pulled from InterAction database based.
  • Handle urgent email marketing requests and provide quality control for our outsourcing team email marketing work.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Understanding of email marketing principles to support list management functions
  • Experience with CRM applications and understanding of CRM concepts
  • Experience with InterAction (or other Client Relationship Management/contact database) software an asset
  • A working knowledge of HTML
  • The ability to embrace new technology and keep up to date with current trends in internet marketing
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows desktop applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Must be able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm.
  • Well organized, with attention to accuracy and detail
  • Bilingual (French and English) an asset
